Intended Use:
- Take every day, even on rest days, to maintain your creatine levels.
- While you can take it at any time of the day, it’s recommended post-workout when your muscles are primed to absorb it. You can also take it with a meal to help with absorption.
Directions:
- Mix 1 serving/scoop (5g) into 250ml of water or any beverage once per day.
- Optional loading phase: consume 20 - 25 grams (4 - 5 servings) for 5 - 7 days to reach saturation in the body faster. Thereafter, you can consume 5 grams (1 serving) daily.
